About 2-3 weeks. For this type of on demand express product we like to allow about 2-3 weeks from time time you place the order to the time you receive it. It can vary depending on how busy we are with other orders placed before yours, how many decorations are required, and how long the shipping takes from us to you. Often it is quicker, but we like to under promise and over deliver. What takes place during this time is getting the blank stock items into our warehouse, preparing your custom design artwork so it can be applied to the blank product, printing or embroidering your items, and transit time to you.

While you're customising your product, you'll see a Save Design button. This saves your design so you don't lose it if you need to come back later — and you can reuse it across different products, so if you're ordering the same design on multiple items (e.g. a tee and a hoody), you only need to design it once. If you're not logged in, your saved design stays in your browser on the device you saved it from — it'll disappear if you clear your browser cache or switch devices. If you're logged in, your design is saved on our end. You'll still need to reopen the customiser and look under "My saved designs" to find it and apply it to another product. When you reuse a design on a different product, it will automatically resize/reposition to fit that product's print area — for very different product shapes or types, double-check the preview before ordering, as some adjustment may be required. You can also share your design with someone else using the Share button — either as an image, or as a link they can open to keep customising or order it themselves.

Yes absolutely. Our preset designs are just examples which can be fully changed. You can add your own text and choose the font, style and colours, upload your own logos and images.

Yes, but you must choose one of our preset Templates containing Names & Numbers. You must completely finish your design, and we recommend saving your finished design, then click the Cart button. A popup window will appear with fields where you can enter individual names, numbers and quantities by adding more rows. Your order will be ready for checkout once you add to cart, so make sure your design is fully complete and your names and numbers are all correct before proceeding to the next step.

Yes, you can view the Pricing and Discounts next to the Cart button to see the detailed pricing information, or in the Pricing tab after the Description. The initial displayed price is for the blank product for 1 piece which incurs a surcharge, but once you update your order quantity to the MOQ the surcharge will automatically be removed. Custom decorated area costs will be added automatically. Pricing will automatically update for you as your quantity meets a pricing tier.

Yes. Just save your design, start a new product and select My Saved Designs. Select your saved design, then it will be added to the new product.

Our embroidery thread colours are matched to Pantone standards. Use our Thread Colour Reference → to look up your Pantone code and find the exact hex code to enter in the colour picker. Simply search your Pantone number (e.g. 286 C), copy the hex code, and paste it into the customiser.

For DTF printing, our colour picker uses hex codes directly. If your brand has a specified Pantone, CMYK, or RGB value, we recommend converting it to hex before designing — our colour reference page makes this straightforward.

A note on colour accuracy: Colours on screen are a close guide but will vary slightly from the finished product. Screen brightness, device settings, and the difference between how ink or thread physically absorbs light all contribute to small variations. For colour-critical orders — such as an established club uniform that must match existing garments — we recommend ordering a sample first, or contacting us with your exact Pantone reference so we can advise on the closest available thread or ink match.
